Returns and Refunds
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
How to Make a Return
To request a return, please contact us at ceelilyinspire@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. Where the issue is confirmed, Ceelily Inspire will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
