Returns and Refunds
- You can return items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
How to Make a Return
- To start a return, please contact us at ceelilyinspire@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. This may take up to 3 business days to process on our end, and a further 10 business days for your bank to credit the amount.
